Anyone found copying resources, content which is marked copyright will have to pay 150 USD fine, in case of not submitting the fine within 24 hours time period anyone orders from the user will be postponed, canceled or delayed and a small case court would be filed.

All dues must be cleared before starting any work or orders. The client/user/viewer is automatically applied to the law of the state of California and is bounded to these terms.

2. USE LICENSE

When purchasing a service from Joshua Cote, you are agreeing to the following terms:

I. 50% of the payment must be sent upfront. (applies for amounts over 521 USD only) otherwise 100% upfront is applicable.

II. 50% of the payment is sent after previewing your service. (applies for amounts over 521 USD only)

III. Once the payment is sent, you may not cancel the order, add more features, or request a refund, unless otherwise agreed on.

IV. I have the right to refuse whomever or cancel an order before receiving payment.

V. Charging back payments is strictly not allowed. Chargebacks will result in disputing it to PayPal to our fullest extent.

VI. All transactions you send are confirmed & authorized by you, and any payments declared 'unauthorized' are false.

After purchasing, You are allowed to sell this work to anyone. You are not allowed to mark this as your creation. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Joshua Cote at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

At times, there are certain unexpected delays, such as religious events, and other particular must-events. In case you're followed up by late delivery of your order product (mostly not) - (this does not include warranty support times), our services will not offer you a refund, cancel the order, or so. You will be compensated by 2 weeks of free support and the files delivered.

Further, I (Joshua Cote) does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Site issues, or bugs not reported before the 3rd day warranty time, will not be fixed. I (Joshua Cote) does not take responsibilites over bugs not reported in the warranty time or during development, it is the client's responsibility to report bugs found to resolve them.

Any products sold from the date of 3 months or above, will not qualify for additional support. This applies to all products sold before June 2020. and this rule is effective as of June 2020.

All work available in the portfolio is coded by Joshua Cote, the web site's design is according to the client's specifications. With respect to the original designer if it's similar to another website in terms of design.

4. SUPPORT WARRANTY

All projects completed are provided a free 3-DAY WARRANTY, if you have any issues or bugs in the website, they can be fixed within 3-day of the project being delivered.
