Custom Flag Policy

At Dorm Dolphin, custom 3x5ft flags require an additional 5-7 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from the USA.

Image & Design Guidelines:

• Please allow for a 5% bleed area on all edges to prevent important parts of your image from being cut off during production.
• The uploaded file will be printed at its exact resolution. Be aware that images may appear pixelated or blurry if they are scaled to the full flag size. For best results, we recommend a minimum image size of 2000px on the shortest side.
• We are unable to provide returns or refunds due to low-resolution image submissions, so please ensure your image meets the resolution requirements.

Content Restrictions:

By uploading an image, you certify that you either own the copyrights to the image or are authorized by the owner to use it. We do not accept submissions that contain nudity or hateful imagery. Dorm Dolphin reserves the right to reject and refund any custom flag orders that do not meet these standards.

Returns & Refunds:

Custom flags are non-returnable unless there is a printing defect. If you encounter any issues with your custom flag, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
